Can you help me ? I don’t know many english Grammar?
I am in Esol is for learn english but the grammar i don’t know
If You can help me in this things thnaks

Esol (NOUN) wants help with his grammar. So he (PRONOUN) has asked a question in Yahoo Answers.
‘Esol’ is the name of a person or thing, and ‘he’ refers to ‘Esol’. So ‘Esol’ is the NOUN and ‘he’ is the PRONOUN.
In your first example, the NOUN is ‘Plains’, which is later referred to as ‘They’ (PRONOUN), because ‘they’ (The Plains) extend 2000 miles.
In your second example, the NOUN here is ‘Totem poles’. Tribes carved images of animals into totem poles, so here ‘them’ is the PRONOUN standing in for ‘totem poles’.
Your third example is about a thing called a ‘pottach’ (NOUN). The pottach was a way to pass on cultural information, so here, ‘It’ is the PRONOUN.
