Is grammar of this english sentence correct?

No. The problem is that there are two independent clauses “This does not automatically make me socially handicapped” and “i like to have fun and socialize with people” separated only by a comma. What this produces is called a run-on. To prevent creating a run-on sentence, either split this one into two sentences or turn the comma into a semicolon “;”

After “handicapped,” you can put a period or a semi-colon. :)

Daniel is right, but it still leaves open the question as to what “This” means. I would not offer suggestions unless and until I knew. Perhaps the changes should be in the preceding sentence as well as the one you cite.
