Please tell me if that is a correct sentence in term of English grammar ?

Not quite. A correct sentence would be:

I would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in our company.

Technically speaking, the use of ‘I would like to thank you’ is not correct, but it is acceptable English.

If we were to speak technically, using that phrase is incorrect, because it says ‘I would like to thank you,’ but implies to the purist (e.g. me) that there is a reason one cannot. Don’t harp on it, however, no-one really cares about that sort of stuff.
